I observe higher temperatures in streamed in FLIR ONE PRO images (room temperature environment). As I checked the captured thermal images in external tool, I observed several image field values are extreme. Is there any one who could tell me the meaning of this ? Is there a method to change or eliminate these effects ? Thanks

    Reflected temperature: -251 C
    Ext. optics temp. -248.1 C

Hello, what external tool are you using, and how are you retrieving those values?

Are those single pixel values or over an entire area?

Wanted to add that we’ve received other reports of this issue and the SDK team in Sweden is looking into it. We will update this shortly.
