Just tried use One with my older phone and it works great, except video and timelapse recording don’t work. Photos are saved ok. It starts recording fine, until i press stop record, then i get “An error occured while recording video”. Phone is HTC U Play, running Android 6.0. App is 2.1.39 and firmware is 1.0.27. Tried re-install, reboot, etc, no help. Ideas? So, app needs some fixing… July 23, 2018 at 12:27 pm #7338 jenifer Participant hello, does anyone know how to update the Flir One Pro firmware? thankyou July 24, 2018 at 2:45 pm #7359 Allison Moderator Hi Jenifer, You should be able to update your firmware by attaching the FLIR One to your device, opening the FLIR One App, and going to the ABOUT section in the menu. From there you should be able to update to the latest version of the firmware.
