    The onFrameProcessed() method is not getting called when I use ThermalRGBA8888Image. Only using RenderedImage.ImageType.ThermalRadiometricKelvinImage works.

    frameProcessor = new FrameProcessor(this,this,
                    EnumSet.of(RenderedImage.ImageType.ThermalRGBA8888Image,RenderedImage.ImageType.ThermalRadiometricKelvinImage),
                    true);
            frameProcessor.setGLOutputMode(RenderedImage.ImageType.ThermalRGBA8888Image);
            mCameraImage.setPreserveEGLContextOnPause(true);
            mCameraImage.setEGLContextClientVersion(2);
            mCameraImage.setRenderer(frameProcessor);
            mCameraImage.setRenderMode(GLSurfaceView.RENDERMODE_WHEN_DIRTY);
            mCameraImage.setDebugFlags(GLSurfaceView.DEBUG_CHECK_GL_ERROR |
            GLSurfaceView.DEBUG_LOG_GL_CALLS);

    The logs show this error:

    E/libEGL: eglMakeCurrent:835 error 300d (EGL_BAD_SURFACE)
    E/libEGL: eglMakeCurrent:835 error 300d (EGL_BAD_SURFACE)

    Hello Saurabh,

    What phone and FLIR One are you using?

    Have you also tried

    VisibleAlignedRGBA8888Image

    or

    BlendedMSXRGBA8888Image

    and had the same results?

    Thank you,
    Dominique Strauss

    Sorry for the late reply.

    I have tested it on a Moto G4 and a Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime.

    The camera works on the Moto G4 but not on the Galaxy J7. The error seems to be random on the J7. About 90% of the time i get the error. 10% of the times it works.

    Using BlendedMSXRGBA8888Image and VisibleAlignedRGBA8888Image still show the problem.

    May I save VisibleAlignedRGBA8888Image or BlendedMSXRGBA8888Image? And how to save?

    Saurabh,

    We are currently looking into some of the issues that have been coming up with the Samsung phones.

    We will post about it when we know more.

    Thank you,

    Hi Wang,

    You are successfully gettin frames and now trying to save the images?

    This thread might be a good place to start:

    obtain thermal images and visual images separately

    Thank you,
    Dominique Strauss

    Hi Dominique,
    How to get the thermal image from the flir one pro on Ubuntu14.04?
    Please give me some ideas if you know.
    Thank you.

    Hi Wang,

    Unfortunately we don’t support the FLIR One on anything other than Android and iOS devices.

    There are other people in the community who have experimented with similar projects. Maybe reaching out to them would be helpful.

    Please keep us posted about your progress!

    Good luck!

    Thank you,
    Dominique Strauss
