    Hi,

    I’m very happy to have the latest FlirOne SDK v3. I’ve seen that this new SDK allows to know the plugged in camera model but it seems that there is an error accessing this field.

    When I receive a ThermalImage and access to the camera model it returns “Logo Image” as model value. This seems clearly a mistake.

    thermalImage.getCameraInformation().model

    I would like to be able to identify each type of camera model. (Pro, Pro LT…)

    Thanks,

    Dani

    Hey Dani,

    I’m currently looking into this issue and should have a response in 2-3 days. Let me know if you find out the problem in the meantime, or if you need any other help.
