This may seem like a silly question but the website says 160×120, but in code, the renderedImage.height() and .width() returns 320 and 240 respectively.

My application is for medical purposes and requires a 320×240 image. I want to make sure it is as accurate as possible.

    Hi Saurabh,

The resolution returned by the infrared sensor is 160×120, when overlaid with the regular camera image, the resulting image is 320×240.

How does the device scale the thermal values? Is it a simple interpolation or is it performing some sort of super resolution?
